This abode is named after the four sisters that own it: Kim, Karen, Carla and Chris. This is a modular home, which was purchased in 2002. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a dining room, kitchen and two living room areas. There is a wrap-around deck and a two-story boat deck. For children, we have a play area with slide, swings and a climbing deck. For everyone, there is a horseshoe pit, volleyball net and corn hole boards. You can pitch a tent, play tag, set by the fire pit, catch fireflies, or simply relax and enjoy the scenery. At the front entrance there is a ramp for wheelchair access or an easier climb into the home. Upon entering there is a small entry way, which has a washer and dryer available for use. As you step through the next door into the house you can go to the left or right. If youstep to the right you will first come to a lake facing room (K-1) with a queen size bed and an adjoining full bath. In this hallway is where you will also find the closet for the water heater and the water cut off valve. If you continue down the hall to the right you will reach another bedroom which has one full size bed and one full futon (C-2) with an adjoining bathroom (shower only). If you decide to venture to the left upon entering, you will find the kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, a coffee pot, a toaster, and dishwasher at your disposal. The dining room, which is straight across from the kitchen, has seating for at least six with an option for more. There is also counter and cabinet space in this area as well. You also have access to the deck area and a grill. Straight down the hallway to the left are two more bedrooms. The bedroom on the right (K-2) has a queen size bed and a lake view. At the end of this hallway there is bedroom C-2 which has a full size bed. There is full bath to the left of this hallway as well. Once back in the kitchen/dining area the hallway will take you straight into the first of two living rooms. There is ample seating in each of these areas. The first living room has a fireplace and is ideal for reading, socializing, or just curling up with a good book. Straight through this area is the second living room which has a television, a cedar chest with games to play and multiple access points to the wrap around deck. Once outside on the deck there are tables and chairs to accommodate a large gathering if needed. You also have quite a nice lake view as well. Down below and over to the right you will see the play area, fire pit, and other outdoor amenities such horseshoes and volleyball. There are two staircases that allow for quick access to these areas. Just a short stroll across the lawn will take you to the two story boat deck. Some odds and ends: trash should be taken to the curb to the left of the parking entrance and pick up is on Mondays. There are two cans, one of which (bright orange lid) is for recycling items only. There is a portable playpen in bedroom C-1 and a table leaf in the closet nearest to the living rooms, both available for your use as needed. We hope you enjoy your stay and make lasting memories with family and friends. Please feel free to leave any suggestions or comments to let us know how we can make your stay even better the next time.
