The lower level features a guest room, a bunk room for kids, and a lively recreation area with various games and a wet bar.

The property offers 1.5 acres of nature to explore, a main level lakeside deck with a hammock and gas grill, a lower level patio, a large fire pit, and a covered dock with boat lift, jet ski lifts, sundeck, and lakeside swing and picnic table. There are stairs into the water for easy entry, and the owners provide 2 kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, and various floats for water exploration. The property also has high-speed STARLINK internet and is conveniently located 13 miles from Hwy 85, with both Raleigh-Durham airport and Richmond airport within a 90-minute drive.

Lake Gaston is a popular destination with 350 miles of pristine waters for fishing, swimming, water sports, or cruising. The house is smoke-free, and pets are not allowed, but arrangements can be made for local pet boarding if needed.

NO PETS ALLOWED. If you choose to bring your pets, please kindly arrange kenneling via the Rover app locally or at the Lake Gaston Pet Boarding facility in Bracey, VA.
