After one week in this lovely home, you will want to make it a destination each year to continue to make lasting memories with friends and family.  The open concept has a large fully equipped spacious kitchen featuring a commercial 6 burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A large granite center island with barstools is the perfect place to prepare meals or entertain.  The kitchen flows into a large dining room that seats 8 people. Both kitchen and dining room have breath taking views of the lake cradled by an oasis of trees. Lyons Cove’s quiet and secluded waters are perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking, and swimming but only seconds from the main lake. This kitchen and dining area flow into the main living area and share custom hardwood floors.

The adjacent living room has an expansive view of the cove and man lake and comfortable seating with two sofas for watching tv on a 55 inch 4k TV with surround-sound .

There are 4 bedrooms, two downstairs masters and two bedrooms upstairs. There is also an upstairs large bonus room. The bonus room has a large couch, a 65inch 4k TV, and additional bedding, making this the perfect place for young ones or teenagers to watch movies or play video games. There are 2 downstairs spacious master bedrooms. Both have king beds. One master has two large closets and is adjacent to a full bath with a glass walk-in shower. The other master has its own spa inspired on-suite with granite counter tops, double sinks, soaker tub, large double headed shower and private toilet.  The two bedrooms upstairs have an adjacent hall bath with tub, shower, and linen closet. The two bedrooms have queens-size beds and one overlooks the lake with a private balcony. Morning, noon, or night, you can enjoy magnificent sunrises and gorgeous sunsets on the very spacious wrap around deck. BOAT DOCK AND RULES

This luxury home also has its own private boathouse. You must have permission to use the boathouse lift. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for lift and cost of repair. Be certain of the weight of your boat before using, please contact Story Properties for confirmation. This lift has a maximum of 4,000 lbs. The boathouse also has space to dock your boat or Jet Ski to either outboard side of the docks. Deep water of 5-8ft at the end of the dock and up to 12ft plus in the center of the cove. This property is easy to navigate children and elderly. It is set back just far enough to avoid boat traffic. This will allow for hours of floating fun.
