There is an inground SWIMMING POOL for everyone to enjoy!  Located on the southeast side of the lake you will love the newness of this spacious two level home on beautiful Poe Creek! A spectacular in ground pool will await you for everyone to enjoy.  You will find an open concept kitchen, dining area and main living area(Q sleeper sofa) that share custom hardwood floors. The kitchen features an oversized 6 burner Thor gas stove with griddle, oven and separate warming oven. Tiled backsplash, accents, pot filler and a well-lit vent complete the picture.  Dining has 2 dining areas, 2 tables, 6 chairs, 4 benches.  Oversized island bar has seating for at least 7, holds a dishwasher, large sink, below the counter microwave and oversized fridge that rounds out the kitchen that shares the great views of the mouth of the creek and the main lake. There is a master bedroom with double sliders for an expansive view of the lake. TV, king bed and spacious, fully tiled master bath with double sinks, double showers and private bidet and toilet. Bedroom 1, queen, also has a lake view and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom that has a tub and shower with another Queen bedroom. Separate first floor laundry room contains an ice maker.

The third area is a completely remodeled cottage that is attached to the home. It has a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom with stall shower, TV, sleeper sofa, futon and washer and dryer.

Bedroom 4 is on the second floor that has a private tile bath with a shower stall. It also features its own oversized closet with a washer and dryer laundry room. All bedrooms have a TV.  There is a massive second floor game room that features a full sized pool table, foosball table and wall mounted Smart TV to get away from it all.
