Boat dock tie-up with depth of water, 8ft or more and upper sundeck on top is available. Game boards, corn hole and bad mitten are available. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.
Close to grocery store, hardware, Dollar store, ABC store and several eating facilities, such as pizza and subs. Attention: The home has a new addition of a Recreation Game Room!! Also a new pool designed as a Partial Lazy River will be available for your enjoyment with multiple tables, chairs, and lounge chairs, too!
