This Lake Gaston vacation home is located in a deep water cove (7 Plus feet) just off the main lake!  There is a BRAND NEW DOUBLE BOATHOUSE AND UPPER LEVEL!!!   Deep water off the end of the dock! It  is nestled at the end of a quiet but deep cove on the east side of Lake Gaston adjacent to Lizard Creek and is ideal for swimming and fishing. Spend a relaxing week at this beautiful vacation spot in the desirable Quail Ridge area.  It is truly a Lakefront Summer Escape!!!

The ranch style home features three bedrooms with two double beds in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom, 2 queen air mattresses, as well as two full bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer. WIFI and cable TV are included but your time is better spent around the fire pit or lounging on the large screened-in patio or on the dock! Kitchen amenities are plentiful and there is a large propane grill available for use as well.  Access from the house to the boathouse and dock is a short easy walk out the backdoor! Quail Ridge is a clean, smoke-free home and although we love pets, we ask that yours stay at home.  The home sits on a large lot with covered parking. Boat Dock & Rules

There is a sundeck on top of the boathouse (no jumping from the top) as well as a lower level sundeck. The boathouse has many cleats for docking, a refrigerator/freezer for snacks and drinks, & a floating swim platform in the cove.
