The lower level has one bathroom and 2 undesignated rooms. Great room with bar area that has a wine cooler for entertaining. The Lower level has another all season room with a shuffle board game table, more seating and access to the grilling area and outdoor seating area.  New outdoor patio and fire pit with a new  walkway to the Boat House. Plenty of room for lots of entertaining, swimming, relaxing and fishing. There are steps for accessing the water. Kayaks for enjoying!!! Pool table and Foosball table to be added before rental season!
