The perfect lakeside getaway situated on a cozy cove just off the main lake! The house is located in the desirable northeast quadrant with restaurants, grocery stores, and more only minutes away.  The house is set up for making memories, relaxing and having fun with family and friends.

Enjoy an open floor plan on the main level entering from the quaint front porch to a large living room with a state of the art television, a kitchen featuring high-end stainless steel appliances and two eating areas.  There are two sliders on this level that open to the large lakeside deck that shades a seating area/patio underneath.  The main level features the master bedroom, two undesignated rooms and two full baths.  The master has a king-sized bed, the first undesignated room has a queen-sized bed and the second undesignated room has two twin sized beds.

The lower level is home to a spacious game room that is like no other!  The game room features vintage bar signs, a pool table, a foosball table, a bar area, a state of the art TV and plenty of seating.  There are two sliders on this level that open to a lakeside patio.  The lower level has two bedrooms and one full bath:  the first bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed.

The backyard is gently sloped with space for outdoor games or relaxing. The covered boathouse is wide enough to accommodate any size boat and has entertainment areas at the water and on the second story sundeck.  There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for guests and many adjacent coves to explore.  Don’t miss the resident herons that frequent our cove for their daily fishing!  AND bring your fishing poles so you can catch fish right from the dock.

The house has high-speed internet.  All three TVs in the house are able to access all of your favorite entertainment apps including (but not limited to):  Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

There is plenty of parking in the oversized driveway and on the street in front of the house only.

House Rules:  No smoking and no pets allowed.  Renter may dock in the covered slip but will not have use of the boat lift. No jumping off the second story sundeck at the boathouse.

State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy. 

You must have permission to use the boat lifts and jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s boats or jet skis when used. If allowed, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain on the weight of your boat before using by contacting Story Properties for confirmation.
