The unit includes a spacious outdoor porch that is partially open. Most rooms are covered with ceiling fans inside and out. Ping Pong table for the kids and Corn Hole for the adults! There is also handicap access into home.
Step inside and you will find an open floor plan that is completely renovated and decorated exquisitely. There are three bedrooms including one open loft bedroom upstairs: a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, another queen-sized bed, and 2 bathrooms,(2 air mattresses for separate sleeping ability). All the bedrooms have smart TV’s! The kitchen is open to the dining and great room which also has a large smart TV. The laundry room has a long counter and cabinets for groceries. Go swimming, fishing, or play on the large natural sandy beach!!! There are 4 kayaks, a canoe, and life jackets available for guest.
The boathouse has a covered area, great for relaxing or enjoy the open area for sunning. Water depth is approximately 6 to 7 feet. Renter may dock boats on either side of the boathouse or use the boatlifts with owners permission and use at your own risk and renter is responsible for any damaged caused to the lifts. There is no smoking or pets allowed. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized.
