Peaceful Lakeside Getaway

Inside is an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two undesignated rooms, two and a half baths, and a nicely equipped kitchen. Outside there are shade trees, a sandy beach area perfect for the kids, and a place to dock your boat. New landscaping with solar lighted  stone walk way and fire pit!!

You will have access to the subdivision pool, boat ramp, and the picnic area. The home comes with a canoe for renters’ use.

Boat Dock and Rules

There is no smoking allowed. For more information on Lake Gaston activities you can visit Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce.

State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy.

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain of the weight of your boat before using, please contact Story Properties for confirmation.
