It is literally a house and a half that is joined by a breezeway that has lots of outdoor furniture and a TV! Easy access to the SANDY BEACH, pier and boathouse with use of the covered boat slip & lift.

The main house, upon entering the front foyer, has a room with a sleeper sofa for either one adult or two children. This leads to a bathroom and  an updated kitchen with center island.  From there it flows into the large dining and living room area. These open to the deck for entertaining and enjoying an expansive yard.

The upper lever has two bedrooms that share a bathroom.  There is a queen-size bed in one, two twin-size beds, and toddler bed in the other.  These all have a lake view! Back downstairs to the left leads you to another great room with TV and table with 4 chairs.

From the front foyer to the left there is a staircase that opens to the first master suite with a queen-size bed, a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk-in shower. From the bedroom there is a door and stairs going down to the great room in the half house.

There is also another kitchen, bathroom and large living area with queen-size sleeper sofa and double-size sleeper sofa.  There is plenty of seating with a table and chairs for games and so much more with great views of the lake. The king master suite and bathroom can be accessed from the breezeway as well.

For outdoor fun and entertaining there is an expansive yard for activities and relaxing under the shade trees. In addition, there is lots of decking at the house and the breezeway for entertaining. Located on two lots, there is more than enough waterfront shoreline, PLUS THE SANDY BEACH!  Don’t forget the two kayaks and one rowboat for lake fun!!

Boat Dock and Rules

There are no pets or smoking allowed. Check with Story Properties for permission depending the boat size and weight. For more information on Lake Gaston activities you can visit Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce.

State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy.

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain of the weight of your boat before using, please contact Story Properties for confirmation.
