Unbelievably huge water view of Pea Hill Creek, this lakefront summer escape will give you a serene feeling of never wanting to go home. Located on a point lot, the home is nicely decorated with an open floor plan.

There are three bedrooms with one having a new mattress, king-size, and the other two have queen-size.  The master is an en-suite with two bathrooms and another close to the other two bedrooms. There is an undesignated area that has a bunk bed and desk as well. Additional sleeping flexibility is added with a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. Laundry has washer and dryer inside. A grill is located on the covered porch off of the kitchen. Only small pets allowed.

Well equipped kitchen (has a Keurig coffee maker) with a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining table will seat 10 so you have room to spread out. There are two Smart TVs and one TV with Chrome Cast. Lots of lakeside decking for outside entertaining.

And finally, the boathouse is fantastic with a covered deck that has a bar for entertaining and an open area for enjoying the sun. Boat Ramp available for small boat and jet craft only. More information and pictures to come!!! Special rental rates are available!

Boat Dock and Rules

State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy.

You must have permission to use the boat lifts and jet ski lifts. The homeowner is not responsible for damage to the renter’s boats or jet skis. If permitted to use, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Before using the boat or jet-ski lifts, determine the weight of your boat, so that any accidents can be prevented.
