Large Waterfront Escape

The home is multi-level with the master bedroom, a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, having its own bathroom, TV, and balcony. There is also another room with a TV and king-sized bed. The main level has a huge great room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with three stools. The lower level has four bedrooms: queen-sized bed with a twin-sized bed, queen-sized bed, queen-sized bed, and a bunk bed.  There is also a pyramid with single-bed on top and double-bed on the bottom. Both queen-bedrooms each have a TV.

The outside is landscaped nicely. The decks have lots of outdoor furniture and a gas grill, as well as the gazebo on the point. The water depth is 8-feet at boathouse and 6-feet at the gazebo.

Boat Dock and Rules

There is no smoking. It is a pet friendly property, but pets must be crated when you are not there. They may not jump on the furniture.

The single boathouse is located on the left side of the point that has a 6000-pound lift and cleats on both sides. Renter is responsible for any damage they would cause to the lift and cost of repair. Be certain on the weight of your boat before using by contacting Story Properties for confirmation. State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy. 

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain of the weight of your boat before using, please contact Story Properties for confirmation.
