The great room opens to the dining area and kitchen; there is a TV located in it as well. There is a breakfast bar that seats five, a dining table that seats seven, and an outdoor table on the screened porch that seats six.

Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the other has four twin-sized beds and a double-sized bed. The recreation room has plenty of seating with a TV. The recreation room also accesses the patio and provides an easy walk to the water. There is room to lay in the sun at the boathouse. This home has plenty of parking for the family. High speed internet is included.

Boat Dock and Rules

There is no smoking or pets allowed. The boathouse has a lift for the renter. Rental for the week of July 4th week charges a premium. Please contact us for more information.

State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy.

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain on the weight of your boat before using by contacting Story Properties for confirmation.
