There are three spacious levels and is built very close to the water. There is a well-equipped kitchen with an island for cooking, entertaining, and much more. The beautiful Australian cypress floors just add to the beauty of the home. A huge, screened porch with room for lounging and dining provides plenty of seating. There are three master suites with five and a half baths. The garage has an extra refrigerator for renter use. A huge downstairs family room opens directly onto the patio and is just steps from the water.  It boasts a large sectional couch, fireplace, flat screen TV, and Blu-Ray player. In addition, the bar has a wine cooler, ice maker, and a dishwasher.

Boat Dock and Rules

There is a double boathouse with a great view of Lake Gaston. One slip is for a boa while the other slip has been converted to an entertaining area that is partially covered. State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy. 

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain on the weight of your boat before using by contacting Story Properties for confirmation.
