166 Point Retreat

166 Point Retreat is a Lake Gaston waterfront rental located on the southeast quadrant of the lake.  There is 350 feet of waterfront property, a natural beach area, nearby golf course, and boat ramp within close proximity.

Large Lakefront Retreat

You will have an impeccable view of the lake with this four bedroom & three bath home. The three levels include kitchen, dining area, and an undesignated room. Amenities include a gas grill, 2 DVD players and 5 TVs.  No smoking or pets allowed. High speed internet is available throughout the residence.   Saturday-Saturday rentals are available.  July 4th week is $2000

Boat Dock and Rules

The boathouse and lift slip are available to the renter. There is a huge pier for swimming and sunbathing on the point of the property. For more information on the area, please visit Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce

State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy. 

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain on the weight of your boat before using by contacting Story Properties for confirmation.
