Boat Dock and Rules

THE BOAT-LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS HOME. There is no smoking or pets. There is Saturday-Saturday rental. For more information on Lake Gaston activities you can visit Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce.

State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy.

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain of the weight of your boat before using, please contact Story Properties for confirmation.
