Inside, a beautiful sun-room features dining seating for 25 and a wet bar with mini-fridge for entertaining. House #1 features a huge renovated kitchen with two stoves, two full refrigerators, a dishwasher, and a movable island. It also holds three king-sized bedrooms, two full baths, and an undesignated room. House #2 includes two king-sized bedrooms, full baths, a sitting room with a pyramid bed, and two more undesignated rooms.

There is a unique indoor entertainment room with projector, ping pong table, Foosball table, and more; all steps from the water.  The outside also features a fire pit, a kids’ play set, and a huge covered porch with outside seating for 12.  Accompanying that with an outdoor kitchen and commercial ice-maker! Located close to Pea Hill, great water skiing and gas are only moments away! Bring the kids and be ready to have a relaxing, fun, awesome experience!

Boat Dock and Rules
