160 “The M and M” is a spacious Lake Gaston waterfront vacation rental located on Pretty Creek. This 2400 square foot  house is located on a large, flat, grassy area with 250 feet of waterfront and boasts a beautiful view of the lake.

Lakeside Vacation Rental

The upper level has 4 bedrooms and three baths. A large kitchen opens to dining room and family room which also leads to a large screened porch.  The deck has plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The downstairs provides a large play area with a 25 inch TV, DVD, Stereo, Foosball table, refrigerator, game table and one undesignated room. The patio below has a swing with an outside table and seating as well.  There is internet available throughout the residence.

Boat and Dock Rules

The boat house has an open dock and covered seating area, this allows you to tie your boat to outside bumpers.  Water depth at dock is eight feet leading to deeper water (15 feet plus). State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy. 

You must have permission to use the boat lifts and jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s boats or jet skis when used. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain on the weight of your boat before using by contacting Story Properties for confirmation.
