The house is located in the desirable southeast quadrant with restaurants, grocery stores, and more only minutes away.  The spectacular wide water views facing the mouth of Stonehouse Creek will keep you coming back year after year.  The house is set up for relaxing and making memories.

There are three bedrooms on the main level:  1st bedroom has 2 full beds, 2nd bedroom master has a king-size bed and 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed. Lower level bedroom has 6 twin beds. There are three bathrooms.

The open area for relaxing and entertaining has access to the outside patio that spans the lakeside of the house.  Three outside porches and upper level deck offer more entertaining or relaxing with expansive views of the lake. There is internet available.

Boat Dock and Rules

There is no smoking and one to two pets allowed, but only on the downstairs level that has a walk out access. The boathouse and dock have seven feet of water and there is a convenient walk in beach access. Renter may dock at boathouse but no covered slip. There are 4 kayaks for the renters use. State Health Rules Limit Occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping and not occupancy. 

You must have permission to use the boat & jet ski lifts. Owner is not responsible for damage to renter’s watercraft if utilized. If permitted, use at your own risk and renter is responsible for the lift and cost of repair. Be certain of the weight of your boat before using, please contact Story Properties for confirmation.
